Silver Greys Band…
The members of the Hyrum, Utah Silver Greys Martial Band, sometime around 1923 or early 1924. Mendon's W.I. Sorensen joined them when they required the use of an additional fife player when they regrouped for the Cache Valley Centennial celebration. He had played this same instrument in the Mendon, Williams Martial Band some many years prior.
The Nauvoo Legion 1843, drum shown in this photograph is currently kept in the Logan, Utah Daughters of Utah Pioneers museum.
